    Was at this location on Wednesday, July 26th, 2017. I called a week in advance to set up an appointment with an advisor. When I arrived they did not have me scheduled in and ask if I was (another name/client). After sittING down with my advisor there was no resolution other than "you need to call the IRS". I did what Charlotte said to do which was call the IRS. After speaking with them I called Charlotte back and explained to her what the IRS explained to me. She then said.."did you purchase our prace of mind". At the end of our conversation I asked to speak to a manager. Charlotte's response was..."I was just about to leave for today but, I will call the district manager and have her call you back." Today is Saturday, July 29th and I understand nobody will call me back over a weekend BUT, I'm still waiting for the district manager to call me back.
