  Terrible bank!!! The hours are such a joke. The line takes 20-30 minutes everytime to just make a deposit. The staff is lazy. They have closed 2 minutes early and shut me out as I was walking to the door which made me late on a payment. Don't go here.

  Usually long wait. Even if there is only a customers ahead if you. Not the norm for BofA branches.

  Today, while being the 5th person in line and just as many people behind me, I came to the realization that this branch is horrible. One teller to battle the line of customers, while 5 well dressed "bankers" just sit in their little offices, walk out, ask if anyone is interested in upgrading their credit card and leave. One customer ahead of me in line asked a banker what everyone in the line was thinking; "why don't you help the teller out?" and the response was "I don't have a cash drawer available" with the response back being "well, why don't you start one so you can help her?" The "banker" obviously thought this was beneath him and just walked away. One customer asked to speak to the manager only to be told "She's out back taking her lunch break." It's beyond words how frustrating this branch is. As much as I'd like to say this only happens some of the time, it's every time I've stepped through the door. My wife and I are actively moving our accounts to another bank as we cannot stand to deal with this any more
